Gemma Marie Business Solutions is an Adelaide based compliance and documentation practice for women and small to medium businesses. We write the contracts, policies, leases and workplace documents that protect a business, in plain English, checked against the current law and built to be used without a lawyer in the room.

I spent years inside legal and compliance, seeing the paperwork that actually protects a business. Then I spent ten years building my own, six of them while raising three children under three. I have written the fine print. I have also tried to run a business around it without anyone explaining the parts that matter.

How we work
- Every document is checked against the governing legislation, regulations, modern awards, case law and industry standard practice before it leaves us. The review date is printed on the cover.
- Where a matter needs a practising solicitor, an accountant or a registered agent, we say so plainly and we can refer you to one of our solicitors.
- Fixed fees are quoted before we start. Advisory work is $280 per hour in six minute units. We do not bill you for a phone call or an email. No GST is charged.
The team
Alongside Gemma, the practice draws on specialists in finance and wealth, marketing, operations and artificial intelligence, with two solicitors available as consultants on referral. Profiles are being added as the team settles in.
