Gemma
Gemma spent around fifteen years in the legal industry and in operations, compliance, logistics, business strategy and people and culture, with particular experience in property, leasing and employment. She has written and reviewed the fine print that protects a business from both sides of the table.
She has also spent more than a decade building businesses of her own, including social media and PR ventures and a floristry, wedding and events business that grew from a side hustle to a company trading internationally. For six of those years she was raising three children under three, which is where the idea for Gemma Marie Business Solutions came from.
Today she oversees every engagement personally: the start up plans, the lease and contract reviews, the award checks, the operations overhauls and the hard conversations with staff. She is also building the GMBS AI assistant, so the answers a client needs are always at hand, in plain English, spoken back to them.

Jyssica builds the cash flow and debtor tracking inside our ongoing support programs and translates the numbers into decisions an owner can actually make. A mother of three who has run her own side businesses and knows what the numbers feel like at the kitchen table.
Natalie
Natalie is a marketing strategist and social media specialist with more than a decade of experience delivering digital campaigns for Australia's leading brands and emerging businesses. With more than 500 campaigns behind her, she combines strategic thinking, creative execution and straight talking advice to help brands cut through the noise and get results.
She hosts Digitalks, a podcast featuring Australia's leading creatives, marketers and entrepreneurs, recognised among the top five per cent most shared podcasts globally in 2022. The same year she was named one of the Australian Business Journal's Top 20 Australian Social Media Managers to Work With. Outside GMBS she is marketing lead at About Space Lighting.
Valando
Marketing, business operations, websites and AI coding, social automations and CRM. Valando builds the systems behind our business overhauls so the work keeps running after we leave. She has built multiple businesses and streams of income, including passive income. She brings a passion for early childhood to everything she does.
