This website at gmbusinesssolutions.com.au (the Site) is owned and operated by Moonchild Blooms Pty Ltd ABN 66 681 413 383 trading as Gemma Marie Business Solutions (we, us or our). These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses the Site. By using the Site you agree to them. If you buy a product or book a service through the Site, our refund policy and shipping and delivery policy also apply. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.

What we are and are not

Gemma Marie Business Solutions provides business documentation support, systems and operational support and general business guidance. We are not a law practice, an accounting practice or a financial services licensee. Nothing on the Site, in our guides or in our pro forma documents is legal advice from a solicitor, financial product advice or tax advice. Where a document or page says to obtain advice from a solicitor, an accountant or a registered agent, do so before you rely on it.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes connected with finding out about, buying or booking our products and services. You must not share, copy, resell, publish or give them to any other business or person, with or without changes, except to your own workers and professional advisers for the purpose of using them. Doing so is a breach of this licence and of copyright.

We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. It is general information only and does not take your circumstances into account.
